Hi. My name is Brevard,

I am a small, brunette girl.

I'm caught between majoring in Anthropology or Psychology, but I'm definitely minoring in art regardless of my choice in major.

I learned to draw cartoon animals before I trying to teach myself realism... which is a little backwards, but it's cool. I'm working on it.

I really love art. I LOOOOVE it. But I don't really know how to "advertise myself", hence my awkward deviantart page.

Appalachian State Art Expo 2014

I submitted a piece for the annual Art Expo competition at App State and it was selected and put up in a gallery :)  I really needed the confidence after quitting art for a year and a half; it really brought me back. I transferred schools about a year ago (after a having to take a medical withdrawal from SCAD) to pick up a psychology major (instead of illustration) once I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy.  I couldn't take the sleepless hours that a creative career demands and to be honest it was a little bit heartbreaking.  The fact that people still support me and my art is really awesome and I hope it'll push me to pick up a pencil every now a
